Yes, I'd like to turn this over and reintroduce Dolan Beckel on this. Previously I introduced to you as our fuse fellow. He had been switching from his billable hour to his fulfillable hour. He brings with him several decades worth of technology and Telecom expertise. The really fantastic news that I have today is I modified his introduction. I'm now introducing Dolan Beckel our city employee and smart city lead.
