Sands Pennsylvania is 96 percent owned by the Venetian Casino Resort. Additionally, 2.5 percent of Sands Pennsylvania's shares are owned by a blind trust of Pasquale T. Deon, a Pennsylvania Turnpike commissioner and chairman of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, and 1.5 percent of its shares are held by a blind trust of SEPTA board Vice Chairman James C. Schwartzman.
Venetian Casino Resort is wholly owned by Las Vegas Sands Corp., which is owned by Las Vegas Sands Corp. board Chairman Sheldon Gary Adelson and two family trusts in Adelson's name, Marsico Capital Management and public shareholders.
