Mr. Lupo has served as a director since July 1998 and is a principal in the consulting firm Renaissance Partners, LLC, which Mr. Lupo joined in February 2000. In the years immediately preceding his joining Renaissance, Mr. Lupo served in various executive positions with Bassett Furniture Corporation and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
