David M Veit

Mr. Veit is retired Executive Director of Pearson plc, an international media and publishing company, a position he held from 1981 to 1998. He most recently served as Senior Advisor to Bain Capital Inc., a leading private investment firm, from 1998 to 2001. During that time, he served as Chief Executive Officer of two portfolio companies of Bain Capital, Bentley's Luggage and Gifts and Jostens Learning Corporation. Mr. Veit serves as an independent Governor of The American Stock Exchange.
