Robert Eugene Joyal

Robert E. Joyal a nominee, has been one of our directors since January 2006. Previously, Mr. Joyal was the President of Babson Capital Management LLC, an investment management firm, a position that he held from 2001 until his retirement in June 2003. Mr. Joyal served as Managing Director of Babson from 2000 to 2001. He also served as Executive Director (1997-1999) and Vice President and Managing Director (1987-1997) of the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Joyal is a trustee of various Investment Companies sponsored by the Massachusetts Mutual Financial Group and various private equity and mezzanine funds sponsored by First Israel Mezzanine Investors. Mr. Joyal is also a director of Pemco Aviation Group, Inc. (Aircraft Maintenance and Overhaul) since 2003, of Kimco Insurance Company since 2007, and of Scottish Reinsurance Group, Ltd. since 2007.
