Robert G Phillips

Robert G. Phillips became a director in October 2007. From February 2005 until June 2007, Mr. Phillips served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a publicly traded North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil, and from September 2004 until February 2005, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the general partner of Enterprise. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Phillips served as Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. prior to its acquisition by Enterprise, and, for more than five years prior to 2004, he held numerous management positions with El Paso Corporation and its affiliated companies, including President of El Paso Field Services Company. Mr. Phillips' appointment as a director of Pride in October 2007 was recommended to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee by a third-party search firm engaged by the committee.
