ROBERT G. FUNARI is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Healthcare, Inc., a private equity-backed provider of infusion therapy services where he has served since 2004. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Syncor International, a provider of specialized pharmacy services. He was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the drug company for McKesson, Inc. and spent more than 18 years in a broad range of leadership positions at Baxter International. Mr. Funari also serves on the board of Pope & Talbot, Inc., is a member of the RAND Health Board of Advisers, and is Chairman of Bay Cities National Bank. Mr. Funari has been a director of Beckman Coulter since December 2005.
