Mark N Kaplan

Of Counsel, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Kaplan became a director in 1986. Mr. Kaplan was a member of the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1979 to 1998 and is now of counsel to the firm. Mr. Kaplan also serves as a director of American Biltrite Inc., Autobytel, Inc., Congoleum Corporation and Volt Information Sciences, Inc. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Inc. He also served as chairman and is now a member of the New York City Audit Committee. He previously served as co-chairperson of the New York City Board of Education Audit Advisory Committee. Mr. Kaplan is a Trustee of Bard College, New York Academy of Medicine, WNET/Channel 13, New Alternatives for Children and New York Hall of Science.
