Since March 2005, Mr. Rosen has been a partner of MSD Capital, LP, a private investment firm that exclusively manages the capital of Michael S. Dell and his family. Mr. Rosen has responsibility for the private equity activities of MSD. Prior to his tenure at MSD, Mr. Rosen was a Managing Director of Onex Corporation, where he worked since May 1989. Previously, he worked at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in both the Mergers and Acquisitions and Merchant Banking Groups. Mr. Rosen and Mark S. Newman, the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of DRS, are first cousins.
