Laurence Wilson

General Counsel and Secretary since November 2007. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wilson served as Vice President of Legal and Business Development for Xoom Corporation, a global money transfer company, from January 2004 to October 2007. Previously, Mr. Wilson began his legal career with Claremont Partners, Inc., a health care solutions company, from March 2002 to January 2004. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in History from the University of California, San Diego.
