Linda S Auwers

Linda S. Auwers served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ABM Industries Inc., from May 1, 2003 to May 15, 2008. Dr. Auwers focused on risk assessment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, litigation, management, securities and disclosure, licensing, trademarks, investor relations, benefits and executive compensation. Dr. Auwers is a graduate of Stanford University and earned a Ph.D from Brandeis University. She also earned Law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
