Milton formed FFC Capital Corporation in 1998 with the Fine family and a select group of executives for the purpose of investment management as well as the acquisition and development of real estate. Prior to his involvement with FFC Capital, Milton was the co-founder and Chairman of Interstate Hotels Corporation, the largest independent hotel management company in the country. Mr. Fine previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for Wyndham International and the Norton Museum of Art, Chairman of the Board of the Carnegie Museum of Art, as well as member of the Board of Trustees of the Carnegie Institute, the University of Pittsburgh and the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York. Milton was also one of the founders as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh. The University of Pittsburgh awarded the Bicentennial Medallion of Distinction to Mr. Fine for his service to the University and to the community. Milton was also the recipient of the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts Cultural Award in 1995. Currently Mr. Fine is a member of the Board of Directors for the Carnegie Museum of Art , an Investment Committee Member of the Norton Museum in Palm Beach, Florida, and Chairman of The Fine Foundation, a private family foundation founded by Milton in 1998. Mr. Fine holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
