Earl Shanks is chief financial officer of Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management. Prior to joining Convergys, Shanks served in several senior executive positions with NCR Corporation, including senior vice president and chief financial officer, vice president of corporate finance, vice president and corporate controller, treasurer, and head of mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Shanks held a series of increasingly responsible positions with Fruit of the Loom, Farley Industries Inc. and Peat Marwick International.
