Christine Morin-Postel

Born October 6, 1946. A French national, appointed a Non-executive Director of the Company in October 2004. She was a member of the Royal Dutch Supervisory Board from July 2004 and was a Board member of Royal Dutch until December 2005. Formerly she was Chief Executive of Société Générale de Belgique, Executive Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of Suez S.A., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crédisuez S.A. and a Non-executive Director of Pilkington plc and Alcan Inc. She is a Non-executive Director of British American Tobacco plc and EXOR S.p.A.
