Mr. Gaither has served as a director of the Company since February 2002. In July 1998, Mr. Gaither was elected President of Milkco, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company that processes, packages and distributes milk, fruit juices and spring water. Mr. Gaither was previously Vice President and General Manager of Milkco from 1987 to 1998 and served as Assistant General Manager of Milkco from 1985 to 1987. Mr. Gaither is 64.
