Richard J Schnall

Mr. Schnall has been with CD&R for 19 years and is a member of the Investment and Management Committees. He led the acquisitions and subsequent sales of AssuraMed, Diversey, Sally Beauty and VWR; the acquisitions of David’s Bridal, Envision Healthcare, Healogics, PharMEDium and US Foods; and the public-to-private negotiation for and acquisition of Brakes. As a board member of Alliant, he led negotiations which resulted in its profitable sale. Previously, Mr. Schnall worked in the investment banking divisions of Smith Barney & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. He is a Director of David’s Bridal, Envision Healthcare, Healogics, PharMEDium and US Foods. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
