Kim A Byrens

Kim Byrens is a partner in the Public Finance practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. She has been in the firm’s public finance group since 1990. Ms. Byrens is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the State Bar of California and the Riverside County Bar Association. She graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1987 and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1990. Ms. Byrens has been with Best Best & Krieger LLP since 1990 and became a partner in 1999.
