Clark H. Alsop is a partner with the law firm of Best Best & Krieger LLP, in Ontario, California where he specializes in Municipal & Redevelopment Law. Mr. Alsop spent over ten years in the San Bernardino County Counsels’ Office before joining the firm. He regularly advised the San Bernardino County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors on land use matters and served as counsel to the Local Agency Formation Commission. In addition, he has counseled CEQA compliance and litigated CEQA and land use matters for years. Mr. Alsop received his B.A. degree from Claremont Men’s College with a major in Economics. He received an M.B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of California, Berkeley. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law.
