CHESTER A. CROCKER is a professor of strategic studies at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service (a private research university) and a member of the Board of Directors of the United States Institute of Peace (an independent federal institution). He has held these positions for more than five years. He is a member of the Finance Committee and the Pension Investment Committee. Professor Crocker has been a director since 2004.
