Denise A. Figueroa, a CDTA Board member since December 2003, is a founding member and current Executive Director of the Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley, established in 1987. She holds a M.S. from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Ms. Figueroa is one of the original members of the Disabled Advisory Committee. Ms. Figueroa chairs the CDTA Governance Committee. She lives in Cohoes.
