Gayle Rosenstein Klein

Gayle Klein (nee Rosenstein) is a Principal in the New York Office. Ms. Klein focuses on business litigation, particularly including disputes over complex financial transactions, breaches of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, and violations of non-competition agreements. She also has extensive experience defending against consumer class actions. Ms. Klein regularly litigates against financial institutions and high profile companies and is Co-Chair of the firm's mortgage-backed securities task force.
