Kristen Glosserman strives to maximize each individual’s inherent strengths and capabilities on their path toward self-awareness and professional improvement. She draws on her sales acumen and energy to help clients perfect their professional skills, improve personal discipline, foster spirit and move positively through change. Both an executive coach and a lifestyle coach, Kristen is all about success. A former nationally ranked gymnast and acclaimed sales executive for a major corporation, Kristen understands the commitment and focus required to excel at the highest levels. Kristen’s approach embodies her own philosophy. "Each day is an opportunity to be the best version of ourselves. The choices we make today determine who we will be tomorrow". After earning her degree in psychology and speech communication from Penn State University, Kristen began her career in sales, working with internationally renowned sales trainer Steve Schiffman. Tapping into Schiffman’s bold style, Kristen polished it with her own insights, experiences and personality. Later, as an Account Manager at Xerox Corporation and Manager of Internet Sales Operations at Elink Communications, Kristen determined what she enjoyed most was working with people – understanding their differences and motivations and helping them to appreciate how a collaborative approach can achieve improved results. By 2002, Kristen realized that coaching was her professional calling. To broaden her professional knowledge she obtained coaching certifications from the Institute for Life Coach Training, New York University, and The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. Kristen has also studied with faculty at Coach U, the leading global provider of coach training programs, and she remains an associate of long-time mentor and renowned executive coach, Sherry Lowry. Kristen is also a member of the International Coaching Federation. Kristen has coached within a variety of industries including finance, media, wellness, and real estate in addition to entrepreneurs and executives from American Express, Ralph Lauren and the New York Stock Exchange. Currently, she is partnering with Karlin Sloan and Company in a leadership initiative at Yahoo where she is coaching several of their sales executives and vice presidents.
