John J Holland

and Chief Financial Officer, Alternative Energy Sources, Inc. Mr. Holland has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alternative Energy Sources, Inc., an Ethanol producer, since August 2006. Mr. Holland previously was employed by Butler Manufacturing Company, a producer of preengineered building systems, supplier of architectural aluminum systems and components and provider of construction and real estate services for the nonresidential construction market, from 1980 until his retirement in 2004. Prior to his retirement from Butler, Mr. Holland served as Chairman of the Board from 2001 to 2004, as Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2004, and as President from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Holland holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Kansas. Mr. Holland is also a director of Saia, Inc. (formerly SCS Transportation, Inc.).
