Ms. Katherine M. Hudson serves as the President of Brady International Co. Ms. Hudson's general management experience spans both commercial and consumer product lines. Ms. Hudson served as Chairman of the Board of Brady Corp., from April 2003 to November 2003 and Chief Executive Officer and President from January 1994 to April 2003. She served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Brady Worldwide Inc. from January 1994 to April 2003. She oversaw a doubling of annual revenues. Prior to Brady Corp., she served as Vice President of Eastman Kodak Company and General Manager of its Professional, Printing and Publishing Imaging Division from 1992 to 1993 and served as its Chief Information Officer, Director of Corporate Information Systems and Vice President from 1988 to 1991. Her career at Eastman Kodak Company for 24 years included in systems analysis, supply chain, finance, information technology, Communication and public affairs and the management of instant photography, printing and publishing and professional photography. Ms. Hudson served as Chairman of the Board of CNH Global N.V. since April 2004. She serves as a Vice Chairman of the board of Trustees of Medical College of Wisconsin. Ms. Hudson has been a Director of Case Construction Equipment, Inc. since 1996 and has been an Independent Director at International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. since October 1, 2008. She serves as a Director of Wisconsin United for Health Foundation, Inc. She serves as a Trustee of Medical College of Wisconsin. She served as Director of Apple Computer Corporation. She served as a Director of Charming Shoppes Inc. from 2000 to 2012 and served as its Lead Independent Director until June 2008. She served as a Director of Honeywell, Inc. She served as a Director of Brady Corp., from January 1994 to March 31, 2003 and CNH Global N.V. from November 1999 to April 7, 2006. She served as a Director of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) from April 2006 to July 2008. She is a Trustee of Alverno College. Ms. Hudson holds a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University.
