Mr. Shields joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in 1983. As head of the energy services business unit, he is responsible for natural gas supply acquisitions, negotiating transportation agreements and monitoring natural gas control activities as well as regulated wholesale marketing activity for NJNG. Mr. Shields holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Stockton State College.
