Mr. Keith Rabois has been a Board Member of Xoom Corporation since June 2003. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Square, Inc., a mobile payment processing company, from August 2010 to January 2013. From May 2007 to August 2010, he was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development of Slide, Inc. (acquired by Google Inc.), a social entertainment applications publishing company. He was Vice President of Business and Corporate Development for LinkedIn Corporation from January 2005 to May 2007. From December 2003 to December 2004, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Epoch Innovations, Inc. a neuroscience company. From November 2000 to November 2002, he was Executive Vice President of PayPal. He also serves on the board of directors of Yelp, Inc., an online review company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. Previously, he was the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Slide, where he is responsible for Slide’s corporate strategy and partnerships. During his tenure, Slide has become the world’s leading social entertainment company, offering millions of people worldwide a fun way to communicate and engage on social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace. Prior to Slide, Keith served as Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at LinkedIn. Earlier in his career, Keith served as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Policy for PayPal, and is said to be the only person who owns equity in every VC-financed consumer Internet company founded by former PayPal employees. He currently serves on the board of directors of Yelp, Xoom, Vendio, Milo, and FanIQ. He was an early investor in YouTube and LinkedIn, and is a limited partner at Sequoia Capital. Keith also practiced at the prestigious law firm Sullivan & Cromwell.
