His concern for rainforest and fresh water habitats, which he considers an urgent vital for the survival of the planet, have prompted him to join the Chairman’s Council of Conservation International, and the Board at the Los Angeles Zoo. On his own, and through these organizations, he participates in bio-diversity research expeditions and projects, analysis, funding and advocacy for environmental concerns.
