Heywood Wilansky

President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 2004. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Filene's Basement, Inc., a retailer and subsidiary of the Company ("Filene's Basement"), from February 2003 to November 2004. Mr. Wilansky was a Professor, Global Retail Management, University of Maryland Business School from August 2002 to February 2003. From August 2000 to January 2003, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Management Resources, LLC, a consulting firm. From August 1995 to July 2000, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bon Ton Stores. Mr. Wilansky is also a director of Bertucci's Corporation and DSW.
