Ann Elizabeth Ziegler

Ann E. Ziegler has been a director of the Company since November 2001. Ms. Ziegler will become Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDW Corporation, with an expected effective date of April 14, 2008. CDW is a leading provider of technology solutions for business, government and education. Ranked No. 39 on Forbes Magazine's list of America's Largest Private Companies, CDW was part of the FORTUNE 500 before going private in October 2007. Since November 2000, Ms. Ziegler has served as a Senior Vice President of Sara Lee Corporation, a global branded consumer packaged goods company. She has 25 years of broad experience in technology solutions and consumer industries. She served in senior positions for 20 years in finance, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. She served as Senior Vice President for Sara Lee Corp. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Administration of the Sara Lee Bakery Group from April 2003 to April 2005. She served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Hillshire Brands Company since 2000, where she served as its Senior Vice President. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration for Sara Lee Food & Beverage from April 2005 to April 2008. Ms. Ziegler joined Sara Lee in 1993 and served various positions, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Executive Director of Corporate Development. She served as an Associate with the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom from 1986 to 1993. Ms. Ziegler has been a Director at Hanesbrands Inc. since December 8, 2008. She has been an Independent Director of Johnsonville Sausage LLC, Lifeline Theater and Metropolitan Family Services since November 2001. She has been an Independent Director at Groupon, Inc., since June 2014. She serves as a Director of The Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. She served as a Director of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. from July 1998 to November 2005 and Kemper Corporation (Formerly, Unitrin Inc.) from November 2001 to May 4, 2011. Ms. Ziegler has a BS in Economics and Government from the College of William and Mary and JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
