Samuelson & Fetter LLC has been one of the top 25 development firms in Los Angeles for the last 15 years and has been engaged in one of the largest urban development projects in Los Angeles County, THE PARKS, Monrovia Station Square. In addition to her work in Los Angeles, Lynda is President and Manager of Deer Crest Associates, LLC, a 600-acre mixed use luxury development in Park City, Utah.
