Ms. Pouliot has been engaged in the private practice of law since her retirement from Adobe in April 2002. Ms. Pouliot served as Senior Vice President, Special Projects, for Adobe's Chief Executive Officer from December 2001 to April 2002. From December 1997 to December 2001, Ms. Pouliot was our Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
