Reverend K.W. Tulloss is a leading advocate for children and communities of color throughout Los Angeles. Born and raised in South Los Angeles, he has taken on countless leadership roles to fight for the members of his community. He is the leader of National Action Network Los Angeles, the CEO of the Making a Difference Foundation, and a founding member of the Latino/African American Leadership Alliance. He is also the Pastor of the Historical Weller Street Missionary Baptist Church, located in Boyle Heights. He has been a youth mentor, gang mediator, and is on the board of the Watts Learning Center, where his daughter is in the fourth grade.
