TIMOTHY SMART is Chief Executive Officer of BT Global Services UK, a provider of networked information technology services to large businesses and government organizations. Mr. Smart joined BT Global Services UK in 1989 and, prior to becoming President of BT Global Services UK in 2005, he was Chief Executive Officer of BT Syntegra from 2003 until June 2005 and President of BT Global Sales and Products from 2001 until 2003. Mr. Smart has been a director of the Company since 2007. His current term as a director of the Company expires in 2010.
