Rosalyn Wilton

Ros Wilton is a senior advisor of Providence. Prior to joining Providence in 2011, Ms. Wilton served as chairman of Ipreo, after transforming its predecessor, Hemscott, from a small business information publisher into an international electronic financial information and technology firm. Ms. Wilton led Hemscott as CEO for nine years beginning in 1999. Before joining Hemscott, Ms. Wilton was managing director of Reuters Transaction Services and a member of the Reuters Executive Committee, which made her one of the top 15 executives in the company worldwide. Previously, Ms. Wilton was a managing director of Drexel Bumham Lambert as head of the European financial futures and options group and head of the investment grade international fixed income division. Ms. Wilton served as director of the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) and the Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, one of Europe’s largest asset management companies. She received a Bachelor of Science from London University.
