Mr. Edelman founded Patina Oil & Gas Corp. in 1996 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 1996 to 2005. He was also the Co-Founder and President at Patina Oil & Gas Corp. From 1988 to 2003, Mr. Edelman served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Range Resources Corporation. In 2000, he co-founded Bear Paw Energy, LLC, serving as its Chairman. Mr. Edelman co-founded Snyder Oil Corp. and served as its President, from 1981 to February 1997. Mr. Edelman serves as a Director at Amerac Energy Corp., Leopard Acquisition Corp., PostRock Energy Corporation (since September 2010), and Command Petroleum Ltd. He has been a Director at Noble Energy, Inc. since April 26, 2005. Mr. Edelman served as a Director of Star Gas LLC, Weatherford Enterra Inc., and Petro Holdings Inc. He served as a Director of Star Gas Corp., from December 1993 to June 1995 and also from October 1995 to March 1999.
