Mr. Freidheim is the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Freidheim has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Sun-Times Media Group Inc., a newspaper publisher, since 2006. He is a director of the Sun-Times Media Group Inc. and HSBC Finance Corporation.
