Mr. Baldwin is the Chair of the Management Compensation and Development Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Baldwin has been Chairman of the Board of The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. ("NASDAQ") since 2003 and has been a director of NASDAQ since 2000. He is a director of W.R. Grace & Co., Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd. and the Wills Group.
