She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Enterprise from 2004 to 2008, and as Senior Vice President, North American Operations from 1999 to 2004.Nicholson began her career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1981 as a Management Trainee in St. Louis after graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
