Henry J Eyring

Chairman of the Compensation Committee; Member of the Audit and Finance Committee. Managing Director, Outreach and Online Learning at Brigham Young University--Idaho. Mr. Eyring was President of the Japan Tokyo North Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2003-2006. His three-year term of voluntary service ended in July 2006. From 2002 until 2003 he was a special partner with Peterson Capital, a private equity investment firm; from 1998 through 2002, he was the Director of the Masters of Business Administration Program at Brigham Young University; from 1988 to 1989 he was a group leader with the Monitor Company, a Cambridge, Massachusetts based management consulting firm. Mr. Eyring previously served as a director of the Company from 1995 until May 2003.
