Mr. Cho is responsible for overseeing Millennium's business in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Millennium, he was a vice chairman of Lehman Brothers Holdings and Lehman Brothers Inc. In April 2007 he became the first Asia based vice chairman of a major global investment bank. Mr. Cho served as head of Lehman Brothers Investment Banking division in Asia-Pacific from 2000 to 2007. In that role he was responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking business in Asia, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, India, South-east Asia and Australia. Prior to that he was Lehman Brothers country manager for South Korea where he established the firm's presence in the Republic and developed it into one of the leading foreign investment banking franchises in South Korea. Mr. Cho holds a B.A. in physics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He has served on the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania since 2002. He also serves on the boards of the Korea Golf Association and Seogyo Enterprises Inc.
