Barbara A Klein

Member of the Audit Committee. Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDW Corporation. Ms. Klein has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDW Corporation, a direct marketer of multi-brand information technology products, since 2002. Ms. Klein intends to retire as Chief Financial Officer of CDW, but has agreed to continue to serve until a new Chief Financial Officer is hired. CDW was acquired by an entity controlled by investment funds affiliated with Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC and Providence Equity Partners on October 12, 2007. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dean Foods Company, a food and beverage company, from 2000 to 2002 and was the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Ameritech Corporation, a telecommunications company, from 1996 to 2000. Ms. Klein is a director of Cabot Microelectronics Corporation. Ms. Klein belongs to the Financial Executives Institute, the Chicago Finance Exchange and the Chicago Network. She also serves on the board of the Tax Assistance Program, a not-for-profit entity.
