Hochberg leads a team that develops and recommends trading and medium- and long-term contracting options for the power generation fleet. Hochberg joined Dynegy in 2007 as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Business Development, following the closing of the LS Power transaction. Prior to joining Dynegy, Hochberg was President of LS Power Development, LLC. He previously served as the company’s General Counsel. Hochberg has a master's of business administration in finance from New York University, a juris doctorate from the Benjamin Cardozo/Yeshiva University Law School and a bachelor's of arts degree from the State University of New York, Albany.
