John C. Staley has served as our director since our spin-off from Abbott in 2004. Mr. Staley served as the Managing Partner of the Lake Michigan Area of Ernst & Young LLP, a public accounting firm, a position that he held from 1985 to his retirement in June 2001. Mr. Staley also serves as a director of eLoyalty Corporation. Mr. Staley is also a member of, and the former Chairman of, the Board of Trustees of DePaul University.
