Mr. Jeffrey Andrew Weber is the President and Member of Senior Management Committee at York Capital Management. He joined the firm in 2004. Mr. Weber is also the Portfolio Manager of the York Total Return funds. He is responsible for the day-to-day man¬agement of the firm, strategic planning, and risk management. Previously, Mr. Weber was the President and Chief Executive Officer of William A.M. Burden & Co. and was responsible for the investment of certain assets of the Burden family. He spent 12 years there. Mr. Weber worked at Chemical Venture Partners and in the corporate finance department of Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. He is also the investment Advisor to the Florence V. Burden Foundation and a Director of the Burden Center for the Aging, Inc. Mr. Weber is a Director of Datamax International Corporation, Logicworks, and SemiTest, Inc. He is an Advisory Board Member of Fifth Avenue Alternative Investments LLC. Mr. Weber is also an Advisory Committee Member of American Securities Partners III, LP, Bear Stearns Merchant Banking Partners II. LP, and Signal Equity Partners II, LP and Chair the Advisory Board of ZM Africa Investment Fund, LP. He also serves as the Chairman, Chief Execuitve Officer, and Co-Portfolio Manager of the 1794 Commodore Funds. Mr. Weber serves as Member of Compensation and Audit Committees at Istar Financial Inc and York Enhanced Strategies Fund, LLC. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Carter Burden Center for the Aging and the Department of Medicine Advisory Board at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Weber is a Director of Istar Financial Inc. He holds a B.A. degree, Cum Laude, from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
