Wolfgang Kemna has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2001. Mr. Kemna is Chief Executive Officer of living-e AG, a German-based software provider of publishing and productivity software, and has served in such capacity since July 2007. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Kemna was a Managing Director of Steeb Anwendungssysteme GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP AG ("SAP"). Mr. Kemna was Executive Vice President of Global Initiatives of SAP from 2002 to 2004 and a member of SAP's extended executive board from 2000 to 2004.
