James R Stanley

James R. Stanley has been our director since October 2001. Mr. Stanley retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Howmet Corporation, a manufacturer of turbine engine components used in jet aircraft and industrial gas power generation that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alcoa Inc., in January, 2003. He had served in that capacity since July, 2000. Prior to that time, Mr. Stanley had served as a Senior Vice President of Howmet for more than five years.
