David Lilley

David Lilley has been our director since January 1997. Mr. Lilley is our Chairman (since January 1999), President (since January 1997) and Chief Executive Officer (since May 1998). From 1994 until January 1997, he was a vice president of American Home Products Corporation, responsible for its Global Medical Device business. Prior to that time, he was a vice president and a member of the Executive Committee of American Cyanamid Company ("Cyanamid"). Mr. Lilley is a director of Arch Chemicals Inc.
