Thomas W. Rabaut has been our director since February 2007. Mr. Rabaut was President and Chief Executive Officer of United Defense Industries Inc. and its predecessors from 1994 until June 2005 when it was acquired by BAE Systems PLC. Mr. Rabaut then served as President of the Land & Armaments Group of BAE Systems until his retirement in January 2007. Mr. Rabaut is a director of Kaman Corp.
