Loretta A Penn

Penn is currently vice president of Global Accounts for Spherion Corporation, provider of staffing, recruiting and consulting services. Penn has worked for Spherion in McLean, Virginia, since 1991, and has served in a variety of executive and senior management positions. She has also served as an officer in other staffing providers, including Temporaries Incorporated. She began her career with IBM Corporation in 1972, where she ultimately rose to management positions in the marketing area. Penn received her bachelor’s degree from North Texas University and a certificate from the Executive Education Program, President's Club, at the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
