Gary G Steel

Gary G. Steel has served as a director of the Company since December 2007. Mr. Steel has also served since January 2003 as a member of the Group Executive Committee of ABB Ltd, a provider of industrial automation, power transmission systems and services. Prior to joining ABB Ltd, Mr. Steel served in various executive positions with Royal Dutch Shell plc, most recently as Human Resource Director for Global Finance for Shell International B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc. His current term as a director expires at the 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
